I’ve had them for a while now, and once i get them healed i dont want them ever again…
But can anyone recommend a good brand of sneakers that prevent shin splints? I wear K.Swiss
What else can I do to heal them besides Ice?
Does Ice heal? or just ease the pain? I’m all about the healing
you should get support pads for inside your shoes and do alot of leg excercises that either strenghthen or stretch your shins
im not sure but i think ice just eases the pain

you need to not run for a little while, while it heals. and wrap it up id medical clothe if you NEED to run. but if u dont, stay off the feet as much as possible.
