I have always thought it to be pathetic to be totally brutal with you. it was one of the ways wanna be "bad boys"would try to emulate prisoners who had their laces removed so they could run away or do harm to themselves

Why lace up your shoes anyway? If your pants are falling off your butt and your shirt is 5X’s bigger than necessary, why not cap it off by removing your laces?

People will copy any fashion trend, it’s pathetic.

more and more we learn kids can’t tie their own shoes, because from the beginning the shoes & sneakers are velcro or slip-on’s.
